• Technical failures at any point (TradingView, our cloud bot, Railway, IBKR, your local TWS, your internet) can result in missed orders, duplicate orders, or unintended trades
• If your computer or TWS fails during a trading session, subsequent signals will not be executed
• You should start with paper trading mode and verify system behavior before connecting to a live account

5. Your Responsibility

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their financial outcomes
• You have the financial capacity to absorb potential losses
• You understand the markets you are trading
• You have read and understood IBKR’s risk disclosures, margin requirements, and trading rules
• You will not use the Services for any trading activity you do not fully understand

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KingdomEdge Algo and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any trading losses or damages, direct or indirect, resulting from your use of the Services.

This limitation of liability is subject to the carve-outs set forth in Section 11 (Limitation of Liability) of our Terms of Service, which are incorporated herein by reference.
