This Privacy Policy describes how KingdomEdge Algo, a California S-Corporation (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our website at kingdomedgealgo.com and our Services.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CCPA. We share information only with:
IMPORTANT: We do NOT collect or store your Interactive Brokers username, password, or account credentials. The automation connects to your locally-running TWS on your computer via the TradingView-to-Cloud-Bot-to-TWS pipeline. Your IBKR credentials stay entirely on your device at all times.
We implement industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption at rest for subscriber records, HTTPS for all web traffic, and access controls on our backend systems. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
We retain your account information for as long as your subscription is active and for up to seven (7) years thereafter as required for tax, legal, regulatory, and legitimate operational purposes. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize data that is not required to be retained by law. You may request deletion of your data by emailing support@kingdomedgealgo.com.
